Doncaster Van Centre had a busy yard and a 200+ vehicle fleet, but evening and weekend hire enquiries still waited for the phones to open. They needed a hire-first website that showed rates, availability, and let customers book without calling.
Our approach
We built a hire platform with live fleet and rates, 24/7 online booking, customer accounts, and a staff booking desk. Insurance, road tax, and breakdown cover sit in the price so the journey stays straightforward from search to collection. ByteWave hosts and manages the site ongoing.
Book when the yard is closed
Customers can check availability and book at any hour, then collect from 8am. A hire day is a full 24 hours — 8am to 8am — with insurance, road tax, and 24/7 roadside assistance included.
A hire site, not a sales brochure
Vehicle sales moved to their partners at The Car Range, so this site is dedicated to hire: small vans through Luton tail-lifts, crew vans, and cars — plus contract, commercial, and rail-sector hire.
