Our Fees

Landlord letting fees

Rent Collection	Tenant find plus monthly rent collection & statements	8% of rent
Fully Managed	Complete management, inspections & maintenance	10% of rent

Fees shown are indicative and exclusive of VAT where applicable. Additional services such as inventories, EPCs and gas safety certificates can be arranged.

Tenant fees

In line with the Tenant Fees Act 2019, the only permitted payments are:

• Rent
• A refundable tenancy deposit (capped at 5 weeks' rent)
• A refundable holding deposit (capped at 1 week's rent)
• Default fees for late rent or lost keys, where applicable

Sales fees
